Groenendal IT: mandates started directly from the ticket flow
Groenendal IT connected PayIBAN to Inserve and replaced loose PDF routes with a calmer process that is easier to monitor and follow up.
Mandate requests were handled through separate PDF steps outside the existing service workflow. That created extra manual coordination and made it harder to keep visibility on what still needed to happen.
By connecting PayIBAN to the existing Inserve environment, Groenendal IT could initiate mandates directly from the ticket flow. That made the process fit much better within the operational way of working.
The team now has more grip on follow-up, fewer scattered documents, and a much calmer workflow around mandate activation.
Because the process starts where the work already happens, it becomes easier to scale and much easier for colleagues to see the current status immediately.
