The challenge

Paper mandate forms were error-prone, got lost easily, and had to be processed manually. That took time and gave the team little visibility into who had or had not already completed a mandate.

The solution

With PayIBAN, the mandate step became digital and was connected to the library system. That allowed Biblionet to align the process better with its own administration while also giving members a simpler route to complete.

The result

Biblionet can now see more quickly who has completed a mandate and notices that members are more likely to actually finish that step.

Besides less manual processing, that delivers more control, time savings, and a stronger basis for further digitization, such as invoices with payment links.
